The jewellery must be returned
intact and in the same condition
in which it was received

including its original box,
packaging and all accompanying items.

The return shipping cost is the
responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned jewellery has been
received and verified, the refund will
be issued by bank transfer.
Important Information
Margot de Grumont does not offer personalised or customised jewellery.
Items that have been damaged or returned in a condition different from that in which they were received will not be accepted for return.
The original packaging and all items supplied with the jewellery must be returned together with the product.
