No. There is no minimum order value. You can purchase any item available on our website.

All products displayed on the website are available for purchase. In the event that an item becomes unavailable, it will be temporarily removed from the website.

Yes. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the relevant order details.

If you need to request a modification or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@margotdegrumont.it . We will assess the request depending on the status of the order.

We accept payment by credit and debit card. Additional payment methods, including PayPal and Klarna, may also be available at checkout.

Yes. Bank transfer is available as a payment method for orders.

Payments made through our online payment providers are processed securely by the relevant payment service. Margot de Grumont does not store complete payment card details.

We currently ship exclusively within Italy.

Shipping is completely free for the customer. All shipping costs are covered by Margot de Grumont.

Delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days.

Shipping is managed through X Office, while Margot de Grumont selects the courier used for each shipment.

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Yes. Returns can be requested within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The jewellery must be returned intact and in the same condition in which it was received, including the original box, packaging and all accompanying items. Damaged jewellery is not eligible for return under this policy.

Once the returned jewellery has been received and verified, the refund will be issued by bank transfer.
